Welcome to Magic Picks! By participating in the Magic Picks Raffle, you (the "Participant") agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets and entering the raffle. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Magic Picks LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Magic Picks Raffle, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Have a valid email address and a method of payment to purchase tickets.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in lottery or raffle-based contests is prohibited by law.

2. Product Overview

Magic Picks is a raffle-based lottery-style competition offering participants the opportunity to win up to $1,000,000 USD. Participants purchase tickets, each with a unique ticket number, and will have a chance to win a grand prize during the raffle.

Ticket Categories: Magic Picks offers three different ticket categories:

• Bronze Ticket – Pay $1 to receive 1 unique promo code via email. You will be entered into the raffle with a chance to win $1,000,000 USD.
• Silver Ticket – Pay $3 to receive 5 unique promo codes via email. The more promo codes, the higher your chances of winning the grand prize.
• Golden Ticket – Pay $5 to receive 10 unique promo codes via email. This ticket offers the greatest chance to win the grand prize.

Each promo code corresponds to a unique ticket number that will be entered into the raffle.

3. Account Rules

• Account Creation: To participate in the raffle, you must create an account on the Magic Picks website. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Account Usage: You agree to use your Magic Picks account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined here.

4. Registration Rules

• Accurate Information: During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information, including your full name, email address, and payment details.
• Email Verification: After registering, you will receive an email confirmation to verify your email address. You must confirm your email to activate your account and participate in the raffle.
• One Account Per Participant: You are allowed only one account on Magic Picks. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using different identities will result in disqualification.

5. Multi Accounts

• One Account Per Person: Magic Picks allows each participant to register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may lead to cancellation of all associated entries.
• Suspension and Disqualification: If we detect multiple accounts created by the same person or entity, we reserve the right to suspend or disqualify all of those accounts.

6. Ticket Purchase and Entry

Ticket Categories: Magic Picks offers three different ticket categories:

• Bronze Ticket: Pay $1 to receive 1 promo code.
• Silver Ticket: Pay $3 to receive 5 promo codes.
• Golden Ticket: Pay $5 to receive 10 promo codes.

Payment Methods: Payments for tickets can be made through Crypto (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum) or Visa / MasterCard. You must choose a payment method at checkout and complete the transaction to receive your promo codes and entry into the raffle.

Payment Confirmation: After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email containing your promo codes, each corresponding to a unique ticket number for the raffle.

7. Privacy of User Data

• Data Collection: Magic Picks collects personal data, including your name, email address, and payment details, to process ticket purchases, enter you into the raffle, and communicate raffle-related updates.
• Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal data. All information is stored securely and will only be shared with third-party service providers as necessary.

8. Payments

• Payment Methods:
  • Cryptocurrency: We accept Crypto wallets as valid payment options.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: We also accept Visa and MasterCard payments.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Magic Picks does not store your credit card or cryptocurrency details.
• Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees associated with payment processing are your responsibility and will be charged in addition to the cost of your ticket purchase.

9. Raffle Drawing

• The raffle will be held at a predetermined time and date, as announced on the Magic Picks website or via email to registered participants. Winners will be selected at random during the raffle drawing.
• The drawing will be conducted using a fair and transparent random number generation process.
• The winner of the $1,000,000 prize will be the participant whose promo code corresponds to the randomly selected number.

10. Prize & Notification

• Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive $1,000,000 USD.
• Notification: The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless specified otherwise.

11. Limitations and Exclusions

• Winner Verification: All winners must undergo a verification process. Magic Picks may request additional identification or documents to verify eligibility.
• Responsibility: Magic Picks assumes no responsibility for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by participants.
• Taxes: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
• Void where prohibited: Participation in the raffle is void where prohibited by law.

12. Conduct of Participants

By entering the raffle, participants agree:

• Not to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity that could interfere with the integrity of the raffle.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding lotteries, raffles, and similar promotions in their jurisdiction.

• Magic Picks will collect personal data, including your name, email address, and payment information, to process ticket purchases and prize distribution.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Magic Picks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the raffle or use of the product.
• Magic Picks is not responsible for technical errors, system malfunctions, or other issues that may prevent the successful submission of your ticket or entry into the raffle.

15. Changes and Termination

Magic Picks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time, including altering the prize structure, eligibility criteria, and ticket categories, without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Legal Entity Disclosure

Magic Picks is a business initiative operating under the legal entity AMH Technologies. All operations, services, and transactions conducted by Magic Picks are legally managed and governed by AMH Technologies.
