By participating in the Magic Picks Raffle, you (the "Participant") agree to adhere to the following rules. These rules ensure the fairness and integrity of the raffle and your participation in it.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Magic Picks Raffle:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Geographical Restrictions: You must not reside in any jurisdiction where participation in lottery or raffle-based contests is prohibited by law.
• Valid Email and Payment Method: You must have a valid email address and a method of payment (e.g., Visa/MasterCard or cryptocurrency) to purchase tickets.

2. Ticket Purchase

• Ticket Categories: Participants can choose from three ticket categories:
  • Bronze Ticket: $1 for 1 promo code.
  • Silver Ticket: $3 for 5 promo codes.
  • Golden Ticket: $5 for 10 promo codes.
• Payment Method: Payments for raffle tickets can be made through Visa/MasterCard or cryptocurrency.
• Ticket Entry: Upon successful payment, you will receive promo codes corresponding to your ticket category, each representing an entry into the raffle.

3. Account Registration

• Account Creation: Participants must create an account on the Magic Picks website in order to enter the raffle. You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• One Account Per Participant: Only one account is allowed per participant. Multiple accounts will result in disqualification from the raffle.

4. Email Verification

• Verification Process: After registering, participants will receive an email confirmation. You must verify your email address to activate your account and be eligible for the raffle.

5. Entry Validity

• Valid Entries: Only entries for which payment has been successfully processed will be considered valid.
• Promo Code Use: Each promo code corresponds to one entry into the raffle. Multiple entries increase your chances of winning, depending on the number of promo codes received.
• No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Magic Picks will not issue refunds under any circumstances.

6. Raffle Drawing

• Date & Time: The raffle will be held at a predetermined date and time on the Magic Picks website, Instagram and Telegram channels. Registered participants will be announced on the Magic Picks website or via email.
• Random Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from the pool of entries, using a fair and transparent random number generation process.
• Grand Prize Winner: The grand prize winner will be the participant whose promo code matches the randomly drawn number.

7. Winner Notification

• Winner Announcement: Winners will be notified via email using the email address provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner will be chosen.
• Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not have any cash value unless otherwise specified.

8. Conduct of Participants

By entering the raffle, participants agree to:
